best news i've heard all week.

Chocolate Milk : Often thought of as more of an indulgence than healthy remedy, there are actually benefits to your childhood favorite. When drank after a rough workout, chocolate milk can actually be very useful as a recovery drink. Check out this video from The Doctors to learn more.

And the whole evacuation was kinda cool for your whole Hawaii memories tool! Your girlfriends look really cute! And I had never seen your dad before - My dad came and visited me when I was at school there too. It brought back some fun memories! How is the no facebook and sweets lent thing going?
